Mental prep for the majors

In these small group courses, you will learn tools to better prepare your mental game for one of the majors. We will go deep into visualization, motivation, self-confidence, stress management, positive self-talk, and more. But the best part is, with groups limited to eight people, you create a community of like-minded runners, all working towards the same goal. Share your expertise and learn from others’ experiences as well. Make friends from all over the world who share your passion for marathon running. Learn the tools you need to accomplish your goals.

Welcome to the 26.2 Book Club! Join other lovers of reading and running to discuss books by and about runners and running. We will choose one book a month to read and discuss in virtual book club meetings. Books will be announced at the end of each session, on social media, and in the monthly newsletter.


one-on-one mental training sessions

Personalized, one-on-one mental training sessions are available as single sessions or in packages of five or ten sessions.

“Sprint” Single session:

In this one-hour session, we can create helpful mantras, practice positive self-talk, or develop tools to manage pre-race jitters. Perfect if you have a race coming up and you just want to tackle one specific problem. Or as an introduction to mental coaching.

Cost = $100

“Breakthrough” 5-session package:

Throughout five one-hour sessions, you will begin to work with visualizations and start to tackle bigger issues like self-confidence. This might be the package for you if you’re already feeling pretty good about your mental game but want to fine-tune your mindset and learn new tools.

Cost = $450 (Save $50!)

“Endurance” 10-session package:

When you’re ready to go the distance and train your brain the way you train your body, this is the package for you. In ten one-hour sessions, we will go deep into visualization, motivation, self-confidence, stress management, positive self-talk, and more. Perfect if you’re training for an upcoming challenge like your first marathon, an Ironman, or an ultra.

Cost = $800 (Biggest value, just $80 per session!)
