 Join our Training Group for the Boston 2024!

This eight-week course will train your mind as you train your body, so you can arrive fully prepared to the start line in April. Topics are tailored to the needs of the group and include motivation, managing nerves, self-confidence, and getting over the wall. Through visualization, goal-tracking, and group support, you will not only increase your mental fitness, but find community as well.

DETAILS

  • Sessions will be held once a week over Zoom starting the week of February 19, 2024.

  • Groups are capped at 8 people.

  • The investment is $175 for an eight-week program.

  • PLUS, one bonus post-race session to recap and discuss future goals and post-marathon blues.
